Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant used to work at high level for a director or CEO. Providing over and above support and assistance to this high profile family.

You will be as comfortable making a cup of tea for others, offering support at an internal event as you are attending a gala dinner.
You will thrive from the energy and responsibility of juggling so many things, and that you look back at the end of a hectic week knowing that the Chairman and his wife have had a great week. You are the quiet, but powerful figurehead that gets them to the right meeting, with the right knowledge, on time and fully briefed.
You are tasked focused and you get the job done.
You are fast paced and able to adapt - the way you think your day will go when it starts, might well be very different by the time it ends. You will take that in your stride.
Act with discretion and take pride in being low key in what you know and what you see.
Flexibility and adaptability is also crucial: you may be working in London or Essex and sometimes attending events early in the morning or in the evening. There will be extensive travel between Essex and London.
You will have an intense attention to detail.
The Chairman and his wife are demanding people due to the pace of the difference they want to make. But they demand as much of themselves as they do others and they lift others by example and leadership. This is not a 9-5 job. You will be challenged and pushed to be the best version of yourself everyday - but if you have the character to step up to a challenge, you will thrive in this role.

ROLE PROFILE
" Diary Management
" Make travel and accommodation requirements, including Visa's
" Producing detailed and accurate itineraries
" Processing multiple business expenses
" Office Manager - sourcing office suppliers/setting up policies and procedures/running of the Developments office
" Conducting business research and analysis on behalf of them and producing clear reports
" Support social media presence
" Be available to support ad hoc admin requirements of the children and family projects

Salary dependant on experience £37-45k
