Working at the client's head office in the Runcorn area, you will be expected to be comfortable in supporting the company's Managing Director in all things daily that would include: diary management, message taking, booking travel and accomodation and being comfortable to speak with clients (both face to face and over the phone).

Working hours that range between 0800-1730 Mon-Fri (no weekends).

Day to day duties in this role include:
Liaising with clients and suppliers of the company both face to face and over the phone - being comfortable to liaise and discuss in the MD's absence.
Diary management of the Managing Director.
Being the first point of contact for all queries leading to the Managing Director.
Handling diary management - ensuring meeting rooms or meeting times are correctly inputted into the MD's calendar.
Handling travel arrangements.

At least 1-2 years experience in a PA or EA focused role.
