Our client in central London is looking for a experienced Executive Assistant with recruitment and project support experience.
The food commercial product family create awesome software products for their buyers and supply chain colleagues to stock their supermarkets and drive business value.
You will be working with line managers to enable great people to join the different teams at the right time. You will be increasing the strength of their delivery teams in a short space of time; this role will be crucial in managing their processes to recruit the right talent into the company's product family.
You will need to:
. Ensure short turnaround time for role creation, CV reviews, Interview scheduling, interview feedback and process tasks related to recruitment by working with line managers.
.Work with line managers and recruitment colleagues on prioritising candidates with the right skill-sets for the right teams.
.Work with recruitment and agency's colleagues on the future forecasts and urgent needs.
.Reports on the recruitment pipeline and be responsible for improving the processes where required.
.Create a future forecast view of resource demand
.Deliver the required space and equipment for engineers to perform well on Day1
.Organise product family recruitment representation at industry events, including recruitment materials.
.Have strong verbal and written communications
.Be able to build relationships at all levels across the product family and the wider business
.Be able to work with stakeholders at all levels
.Be proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and have the enthusiasm to learn additional applications e.g Jira, Confluence, Teams, Planner Clarity, Oracle
