Job Description

Do you have Personal Assistant experience? Have you got a background with Office Management? Would you like to work with a leading creative and entertainment company in a niche market within the Liverpool city centre?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working in a office within the Liverpool City Centre you can look forward to working with an award-winning client of ours in the Liverpool city centre. The Personal Assistant/Office Manager will play an integral part in implementing senior management`s operational vision, helping to solve problems and introducing new processes whilst supporting the wellbeing and performance of the team.
Benefits for this role include:
A competitive basic salary that ranges between £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
Working hours across a Mon-Fri period (37 hours per week) and offering flexi time.

Day to day duties include:
Be the main communications representative of the business and the first point of contact for all clients, visitors and general enquiries.
Provide day to day office operational support to the Studio Director and supporting management team.
Develop, implement and maintain business operational systems, policies and procedures which ensure the business functions behind the scenes day to day in an efficient manner.
Collect weekly management meeting minutes and share with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee and manage all general administration for the company and its data. Ensure all administration, HR and financial data is filed securely and backed up regularly.
Create and enforce Health & Safety policies across the company. Work with the management team to ensure full working environment is a safe, secure and a happy place to work.
Maintain and when required procure and order office supplies, hardware, software, stationery and consumables.
Support the Studio Director to improve company culture and build a good staff morale.
Support the Studio Director with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Have at least two/four years recent experience as an Personal/Executive assistant/Office Manager or Office Management focused duties.
Excellent computer and IT skills
Have a valid UK driving Licence
