Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday (Some flexibility is expected around start and finish times is required.

This is an extremely important role within the company so it is very important that the suitable candidate has experience working at PA/EA level for Senior Management/ Director level.
You will have a professional and appropriate telephone manner, a sophisticated writing style and accurate proof reading skills, outstanding organisational skills and recognise the importance of accuracy and attention to detail, a positive attitude and able to work with absolute discretion, tact and loyalty.
You will be the first point of contact for all correspondence and enquiries, diary management, coordinating and producing agendas, taking minutes at meetings, providing accurate written records for distribution, organising key staff meetings including room and refreshment bookings and all administrative and secretarial support.
You will be IT literate with excellent MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills, with a typing speed of 50+ wpm (shorthand would be an advantage)
