Job Description

A large organisation with offices throughout Wales is looking to appoint a PA / Executive Assistant to work from their Cardiff office with easy parking & commuter routes for those who drive or use public transport.

This fantastic employer offers great salaries for its employees, a stable working environment and established team.

This role will be to support the Senior Management Team, acting as the first point of contact, co-ordinating diaries & supporting meetings. The successful candidate will follow up meetings with action points & take minutes from virtual & in-person meetings with senior staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, PA experience at a senior level and be able to be the reliable point of contact for the Senior Leadership team.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have
- PA experience
-Experience of managing meeting requests & setting up meetings
- Diary Management
- Excellent English language skills
