We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant Band 5 (Interim PA) to support Directors within the executive team of Trust Headquarters, located in the Enfield area.
The main purpose of this role is to support with all aspects of diary management, travel arrangements, handling of telephone calls at all levels, coordinate/organise meetings, e-mail management, and ensuring the CEO and board of Directors are prepared for meetings (gather appropriate documentation, briefing papers). You will also be required to prepare presentations and reports.
The ideal candidate will already have had some experience at this level, be confident and assertive, have excellent time management skills. An ability to communicate well with all levels, both internal and external and be able to maintain an effective, tidy and efficient administrational support to the Senior Managers.

This is a temporary opportunity for at least 12 weeks Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Depending on experience pay per hour is £12.77 - £16.19
