Executive Assistant, Business Productivity EMEA
Thames Valley Park, Reading
Contract is 18 months

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an Executive Assistant. This is a contract role based in Reading for 18 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £30,800 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

As part of the Business Productivity Domain in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), you will provide key aspects of administrative, project and initiative support to members of the Leadership team.

Responsibilities
A typical day in this role can include:
" Calendar Management
" Attend meetings, taking notes/actions as required
" Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visas
" Meeting and event planning (on + offsite)
" Assist with scheduling and operation of regular internal governance meetings as part of new business approvals
" Creation and proof-reading of internal communications
" Assist in managing the budget for hardware purchases/device refresh
" Expenses Management, purchasing and processing invoices
" Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures
" Complete projects under limited direction from manager or other administrative staff, manage frequent contact with all levels of employees and managers, as well as contact with internal and external suppliers
" Build relationships with peers, key stakeholders and across the wider organisation

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
" Min. of 5 yrs of Admin experience, preferred
" Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint
" A successful candidate will have demonstrated work experience supporting a General Manager or Senior Executive and team in a fast-paced environment.

" Analytical and proactive
" Strong planning and organisational skills
" Must be able to maintain a cool and focused personal under pressure
