Executive Assistant To CEO

Job Description

I am currently working with an international real estate advisory based in central London; they are now looking for Executive assistant to support the CEO and team.

Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Events management
- Managing expenses
- Various administrative and operational tasks
- Providing general support including stationery ordering, filing , emails and
photocopying
- Interacting with various high end clients on a daily basis
- Day to day running of the office functions

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3 years exposure to a role within financial services
- Outstanding MS office suite skills including- Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Great telephone manner
- Proactive team player
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- 2-3 years exposure to working as an executive assistant
