Job Description

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
12 month FTC - Maternity cover
Competitive Salary (will be discussed on initial conversation)
Full time Monday to Friday however some flexibility required depending on business requirements
Immediate start required - 1st March

I am pleased to be working with a company based in Alcester that is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This is a key and critical position where you will support the CEO on all areas whilst liaising with other departments and functions ensuring a smooth collaboration between all internal and external parties.

Responsibilities include:
Supporting the CEO with business critical and time sensitive administration activities
Diary management including arranging appointments and scheduling of meetings across different time zones
International travel arrangements
Tracking, monitoring and maintaining all telephone and email correspondence, prioritising in order of importance
Processing and managing confidential company information
Circulating internal announcements, editing and formatting where necessary
Assisting with proofreading, reviewing and drafting documentation
Managing expenses on behalf of the CEO
Updating external trackers and reports

The role would suit someone that has proven experience working as an EA or PA up to Director, Senior Board or MD level.

Other skills required:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential
Knowledge of complex diary management
Knowledge of extensive travel management - international is desirable
A good level of education
An organised and flexible approach to work
Strong attention to detail
Personable, friendly and approachable manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidential and discreet approach

This position is being offered on a FTC for 12 months due to Maternity cover. However the business has seen exponential growth over the past 18 months which means there could be a possibility for an extension or permanent contract elsewhere within the business afterwards.
