Job Description

The temporary worker will have responsibility for effective delivery of the Boards and Committees, including

* All meeting arrangements and attendance of Board / Committee members, shadows, observers and those presenting papers

* Management of agendas, actions, minutes, papers in line with the forward look and meeting terms of reference

* Taking meeting minutes, ensuring they accurately reflect discussions, decisions and actions

* Responsibility for the Secretarial inbox, ensuring all correspondence is managed and addressed within required timescales



Typical qualifications and experience:

- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)

- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience)

- Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office

- Good communication skills, both oral and written
