Department of Health and Social Care - Executive Officer
Location: Working from home
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Pay: £10.02ph rising to £11.82ph after 12 weeks

This is a temporary position until the end of May 21 with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.


Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a full time Executive Officer to join the team at the Department of Health & Social Care. The successful candidate will need to provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:
" Preparing routine correspondence via email and phone
" Compiling, verifying and reporting data
" Completing forms or reports
" Managing the emails of a small team, if required
" Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Skills required
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Clear planning and organisation skills
" Confidence and ability to work independently
" Proficient use of MS office programmes
" Must be able to effectively work from home
