As a core component of the Case Management function, the candidate must be able to plan their work in order to identify potential issues and address these before they become a problem. Be proactive in their approach and seek to resolve problems with minimal supervision. Be able to liaise and challenge stakeholders in order to deliver results. Be self-motivated and be able to manage setbacks to case progression.
Proactively manage cases to ensure, timely case progression by making full use of the case management system as well as procedures and policies.
Provide secretariat support to Members, progressing cases in your workload specifically to pre-empt, understand and support member needs and evidence requirements, for them to undertake effective decision making.
Work well as part of a team to ensure that you support your colleagues; providing training and support where required, including covering for periods of absence in your team.
Have a proficient level of IT including use of email, MS word, MS Excel
Successful candidates must meet the security requirements before they can be appointed. The level of security needed is Basic Check and successful candidate will be working remotely
