Brook Street are currently seeking an Executive Officer to work for a government client, based in Bristol.
You will provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties that are moderately complex.
Main duties include:
-Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others.
-Compiling, verifying and reporting data.
-Completing forms and reports.
-Managing the workload of a small team.
-Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experience required:
-Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office.
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £8.85 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until February 2019, but may be extended depending on the business needs.
