Brook Street are currently seeking an experienced Executive Officer to work for a Government client, based in Bristol.
You will be providing junior management support and carry out administrative duties. You will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
-Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others.
-Compiling, verifying and reporting data.
-Completing forms or reports.
-Managing the workload of a small team, if required.
-Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required:
-Administrative experience with good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office.
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
-Minimum of 5 GCSEs at a grade C or above.
-Minimum of 2 A-Levels at Grade E or above.
This is Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £8.85 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of August 2019 but may be extended, depending on the business needs.
