My Public Sector Client is looking for an Executive Officer to provide Team Leader support within their Resourcing Support Team. This is a temporary ongoing role, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm, 37.00 hours a week. This role is paying £12.88 per hour. The role is fully home working.
You will be expected to oversee and manage the departments administrative team who provide administrative, logistical and tactical support for their resourcing campaigns. Your role will be to delegate and manage the team's workload to ensure they achieve and deliver on the organisations pre-employment onboarding checks and any resourcing campaigns.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all departmental trackers and candidate progress is accurate and up to date for senior management to review, and be able to provide pro-active suggestions with the team so that delays are not incurred.
You will be expected to be self-motivated, confident, switched on and highly organised with great attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with colleagues of all levels within their organisation. You must of course have strong MS office skills as well.
Team Leader experience is desirable preferably within HR or Recruitment, but within administration will be considered. If you feel that you would have the necessary skill set for this role and ready to take on a new challenge, please apply online.
