Job Role - Executive Officer - Home Working
Although this is home working there will be occasions where you have to travel to site.
This role would require cross Directorate working of a large group of staff.
You will be co-ordinating Directorate wide meetings of which there are 6 in all, which meet either fortnightly or monthly. This is a relatively large task involving setting the meeting invites, drafting agendas and keeping simple action logs. You would also be commissioning content for the Executive Directors monthly newsletter and collating responses. They will also be involved in a range of other event planning and work as appropriate."
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
