We have an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Officer to join one of our government-based clients on a 3 months contract ( this may be extended)
The role will be part of the wider operations team working with colleagues across the organisation to plan and deliver selection day interviews. You will brief candidates, colleagues, panel members and senior office holders and provide technical support during remote selection days. You will act as a conduit between the panel members and wider operations team, sharing information, status updates and reporting on issues that arise.

Main responsibilities of the role include:
" Helping to deliver remote and face-to-face selection days to attract and select suitable candidates for judicial office, providing a high standard of customer service and support
" Providing technical assistance and guidance to candidates and others on MS Teams, Skype, Google Docs and Drive and other digital tools
" Liaising with operational staff, and with our stakeholders (panel members, civil servants, judges etc)

You may be required to assist with other duties across the operations team as necessary. If government Covid-19 restrictions allow, you may occasionally be deployed outside London, sometimes overnight, to help facilitate and run face to face selection days.

Personal Specification:
" Good communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to positively engage with candidates and panel members and to maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation and with our stakeholders
" Confidence using a range of digital tools and applications, and the ability to quickly learn to use unfamiliar software to a good standard
" Confidence assisting and teaching others to use digital tools and software, and the ability to deal with technical issues that may arise during the remote selection day process
" The ability to remain unfazed and confident under pressure, dealing with unknown scenarios calmly
" Excellent organisational skills and time keeping, and the ability to maintain high working standards
" The ability to work independently under remote working conditions and face-to-face

The working hours are 37 hours per week and pay rate is £13.01 per hour.
