Job Description

Job Title: Executive Officer

Location: Farnham (GU10 4LH)

Contract: Until 31st January 2024

Pay Rate: £13.42 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Executive Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of facilities services, supporting the FM team, local site-based customers, and the wider property portfolio team in achieving our corporate and environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the initial point of contact for the team, effectively communicating and filtering information to ensure accurate advice and support is delivered, while meeting standards and priorities.

- Develop and maintain strong customer focus to foster effective working relationships and partnerships, supporting environmental goals and maintaining a positive reputation.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and legislative standards and service levels through inspection, monitoring, and survey work, aligning with the business plan and environmental outcomes.

- Carry out delegated Site Responsible Officer tasks at specific properties as agreed with the Site Responsible Officer.

- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the line manager/team, implementing efficient systems to maximise productivity.

- Organise, maintain, and develop information storage and retrieval systems, ensuring up-to-date and readily accessible information to facilitate departmental workflow.

- Participate in the development of teamwork plans and effectively deliver agreed actions to contribute to business planning and delivery.

Person Specification:

Essential Experience:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Reception, or Facilities Management related role.

- Proficient in delivering core Facilities Management support services, including postal services, reception services, meeting room bookings, office supplies management, and stationery procurement.

- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn in-house systems.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Experience in supporting local project management.

- Familiarity with providing a Help desk service to customers.

Licenses:

- Full UK Driving License- OWN CAR ESSENTIAL
