Our Public Sector client based in Stretton, Rutland is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday and is £8.63 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £12.17 thereafter.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
Maintenance of an in-house IT system and database - access requests, user issues and monthly reporting.
Arranging of meetings including the preparation of paperwork, minutes and action points
Organise, produce and maintain accurate records for the area of work
General administration and support
The ideal candidate will be a strong and clear communicator both verbal and written.
IT skills required including a good knowledge of Excel.
The rate of pay is £8.63 rising to £12.17 after 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
