Executive Officer

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity in a well established public sector organisation to work as an Executive Officer. If successful, your responsibilities will include;

-Supporting financial processes and controls for the programme and its projects
-Creating funding applications and claims
-Collating information from application forms
-Routing of invoices received from suppliers to the relevant Project lead
-Supporting the Programme Manager office and the programmes
-Assist with the creation of reports and also reviewing reports
-Working alongside the Project Managers to draft agenda's and commission papers
-Collating meeting packs, minutes and action lists
-Supporting stakeholder meetings (arranging meetings and taking actions)
-Managing checklists and reviewing documents

The successful candidate will demonstrate;

-Project support experience
-Complex administration experience
-Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

This is a full time, temporary position initially until the end of March and there may be scope for the role to be extended beyond this point.
