My client is looking for somebody to undertake the responsibility of assisting the Systems Manager to maintain and develop as necessary the client IT & Phone Systems and to support managing the day to day running of IT across the client services. Ensure that the clients business receive an effective, efficient, value for money IT Support and Change services from its IT supplier and its subcontractors. Liaise with Suppliers regarding complex IT issues and ensure that all incidents are dealt within the agreed SLAs. Working to agreed targets and deadlines and establishing effective relationships with key suppliers to support team`s work. Participating in and promoting within the team a culture of continuous improvement and excellent service delivery. Due to the nature of the role some travel to other client sites may be required. This is a short term temporary assignment which will require you to work full time, Monday - Friday (37 hours). The role is also subject to a clear DBS and clear referencing.
