Job Description

Executive Officer - Government Legal Department

Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid working offered at discretion of the client)

Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time hours

Pay: £13.51 standard rate

This is a temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

About the Role

The Temporary Worker will provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties that are moderately complex. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
- Supporting the BM Head of Profession with their diary
- Booking meetings as necessary
- Booking travel and hotels
- General admin tasks as needed
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
Typical qualifications and experience:
- Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Experienced in compliance-focused settings, managing confidential data with integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong communicator, skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Relationship builder, committed to mentoring colleagues and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good Diary management and strong PA Skills
