Leadership Co-ordinator / Executive Officer (EO)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) B4 6BS


If you enjoy making things run smoothly for learners, organising events people actually want to attend, and using data to improve decisions, this hybrid role could be a great fit. Our Client is looking for a proactive, learner-focused professional to support the Leadership Service from day one.

* Pay rate: £14.01 per hour
* Working pattern: Monday to Friday
* Hybrid expectation: typically 60% office attendance, with flexibility to attend more often if preferred.
* Clearance level: Basic DBS, To be provided from Brook street for successful candidates.
* Interview process: To be with client if CV selected VIA TEAMS.


What you'll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for learners-onboarding, ongoing support, and helping people feel confident and ready
* Administer the learner experience function, including mentor coordination and event preparation
* Manage learner contact and readiness, handle functional mailbox queries, and resolve issues (escalating where required)
* Continuously improve learner support processes, including alumni tracking to monitor impact and share opportunities
* Maintain a central library of learner resources, with regular content reviews
* Plan and schedule leadership events, booking venues, setting up virtual events, and issuing joining instructions
* Coordinate event logistics and liaise with venues and suppliers
* Capture, collate and analyse data to support decision-making, ensuring accuracy and integrity
* Present findings clearly (including engaging formats such as infographics) and contribute to internal reporting
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across matrix teams, communicating professionally at all times


What you'll bring:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with genuine attention to detail
* Confidence working in a project/programme environment
* High-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
* A collaborative, professional approach-comfortable working as part of a team
* Experience supporting learner or customer-focused services (first-line support, managing queries/complaints and improving processes)
* Familiarity with event coordination and using event management tools to improve efficiency (e.g., Eventbrite and Ticket Tailor)
