Job Description
My Public Sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support on a temporary ongoing, full time basis. This role will require a mixture of working from home and office based work with occasional travel to Nottingham required.
For this role, you will have a keen interest and knowledge in IT and customer service as you will be working with end service users.
Responsibilities of this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Troubleshooting
- Working with targets and SLA's
- Working with end users to assist with resolving their IT issues
- Ability to multi-task
- Working within a team and independently
This role will offer a pay rate of £10.21 rising to £11.69 per hour after 12 weeks in post. A disclosure will be required for the successful candidate.
