Brook Street Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Executive Officer to work with the Environment agency based in Bristol city centre.
The Executive Officer will provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties that are moderately complex. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
- Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others
- Compiling, verifying and reporting data
- Completing forms or reports
- Managing the workload of a small team, if required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
The Executive Officer will also be supporting 2 projects by setting up meetings, minute taking, van hire and chasing actions. This role could also extend to putting together PowerPoint presentations, managing risk registers, collating responses to data requests and inputting them in to MS Project then updating and managing SharePoint sites.
This is a temporary role currently ongoing until 27/03/20, 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday shifts and this pays £11.85ph.
