Executive Officer - Junior Officer

Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Birmingham is currently looking for an Executive Officer to support their department. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm however the successful candidate must have a degree of flexibility in line with the needs of the business. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment.

The Temporary Worker will provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties that are moderately complex. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. The role is key to ensuring that staff have the equipment, knowledge and support to meet the organisation's objectives.

You will use your organisational, communication and influencing skills to support the wider organisation in its delivery. You will help to ensure that processes are communicated, understood and followed and that equipment and support is provided to staff across several business functions. This post holder will need to establish and develop effective working relationships with a number of stakeholders, including the service delivery partners and staff at all levels.

This role will be offering a pay rate of £11.33 per hour.
