Job Description
Are you looking for a Full Time Temporary Role in Kidderminster?
Do you have a Resourcing, Recruitment or Management Background? Then this could be the role for you
As an EO within the Resourcing Team, your duties will vary but will generally involve providing continued support with the day to day running of activities in relation to our Career Entry resourcing, which covers apprenticeships and other internships / placements across our large public sector client based in Kidderminster.
You will be adaptive, flexible, and comfortable working at pace.
Key responsibilities of these roles will include:
Contributing to the smooth running of career entry activity cleansing and maintaining trackers to ensure data is up to date and accurate
Managing and responding to basic queries received by team in relation to our career entry schemes
Raising requests on the Digital Apprenticeship System to support enrolment activity
Managing our sharepoint site for the Strategic Resourcing team
Extracting information from systems and spreadsheets
Co-managing relevant mailboxes, and responding to queries within appropriate timescales.
No day in the team is the same, which makes it an exciting, stretching and flexible place to work. This means we are looking for versatile, flexible and collaborative individuals who are adaptive and comfortable working at pace.
You do not need specific Human Resources or recruitment experience - what we are looking for are resilient, focused and adaptable individuals who are organised and efficient with their approach to tackling problems. We are looking for good team players who are able to balance a varied workload and deal with demands from multiple stakeholders effectively. You will need to be able to deal with a degree of ambiguity but have the confidence to challenge processes and responses where appropriate.
Skills Required:
Team working / collaboration; you will be working in a small team with 3 other individuals
Communication / relationship building; this role involves engagement across a wide range of business areas, and a part of your role will involve communicating to HR Business Partners, other parts of the Recruitment Team, training providers and others.
Organisation skills; you could be working on multiple different activities at the same time.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Ideally experience of managing sharepoint sites
Ideally experience of career entry schemes, particularly apprenticeships
