The Ministry of Justice - Executive Officer

Location: Leeds City Centre

Hours: 37 hours a week Mon-Fri

Pay: £9.51- 10.75

Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Full time Executive Officer to join the Team at Wellington Place with our client, The Ministry of Justice. The role will include working as part of a flexible team. You will provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties that are moderately complex

Responsibilities include:

  • Following set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions under general supervision
  • Manage the functional mailbox
  • Run basic reports
  • Liaising with stakeholders and explaining pre-set out processes to them
  • Processing new booking forms for new job vacancies
  • Raising purchase order numbers
  • Setting up supplier accounts
  • Using reports and spreadsheets
  • Chasing invoices using the SOP system

    To be considered for this role the right candidate will have the following skills:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Enthusiastic individual
  • Organised
  • Can work in a team and also individually
  • Able to multi task
