Our client based in the centre of Cardiff is looking for an Executive Support / Administrative Assistant to join a professional public sector organisation in Wales on a PERMANENT basis. This role will be a flexible hybrid working position offering fantastic benefits package of flexible working hours, 31 days hols plus bank hols and 2 privilege days
This role requires a fluent Welsh speaking candidate due to the nature of the opportunity, with written Welsh language skills.
Duties include
- Co-ordinate attendees for meetings & arrange invites
- Organise translation services and public access arrangements, as required
- Organise accommodation, refreshments and car hire for attendees
- Update records & maintain public information records
- Undertake research as required
- Detailed administration support
- Ensure compliance with legislation including the Welsh language, equality and data protection regulations
Requirements
A-Level or equivalent qualifications
Office administration experience
Fluent Welsh speaker including written language skills
