This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organized, flexible, dynamic and collaborative individual, with an eye for detail. You will need to provide a full, highly confidential Executive Assistant service for a dynamic and driven leader who has a strong passion for business and people development.
Your job as an Executive Assistant is to provide personalised administrative support to the MD. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks and your skills will be put to good use in providing strictly private and confidential assistance at all times.
You must have experience in the below:
" Arranging worldwide travel and accommodation itineraries
" Advanced executive diary management - optimising time, proactive planning, prioritisation of meetings, to ensure opportunities and business priorities are maximised.
" You will protect the MDs schedule and space from avoidable interruptions by being a charming but resilient gatekeeper who can prioritise
" Organising and attending meetings/conference calls
" Liaison with independent consultants including arranging meetings,
" Project Support - Helping to progress projects by chasing up actions, liaising with clients, colleagues and suppliers
" Formatting of presentations and proposal document preparation -
" Planning and Organising - Attending project planning sessions, recording actions and owners, chase follow up
" Note taking
Skills
" Great organisational and administrative skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
" A highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, even in the face of demanding deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
" Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to embrace diplomacy, discretion, tact and empathy at all times and be an excellent team player
" Excellent word processing and IT skills,
" Great interpersonal skills, natural team player, who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues but equally able to work on your own initiative
" Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues, honesty and reliability
" Flexibility is essential, e.g. working late one night in exchange for the next morning off helps deal with unexpected issues and erratic diaries
