We have a fantastic opportunity for a Executive PA / Office Manager to work for a company based in the Darlington area who are passionate about what they do and who are committed to their customers and employees.

Your role will involve:

Supporting the Head of Departments in respect of their project and policy work.
Maintain a diary system, arrange meetings and appointments, ensuring that documentation for forthcoming commitments is available in advance.
To provide support as and when required to internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting documentation (drafting agendas) and minute taking
Liaise professionally with the management team and ensure pro-activity in arranging visits, hospitality and events as appropriate.
Book travel and accommodation arrangements
To work flexible to meet the ever changing requirements of the business
Supporting the wider business and other key stakeholders
Receiving telephone calls and visitors, dealing with these personally and where appropriate, redirecting to other members of staff.
Basic HR duties including induction of new staff members, managing contracts of employment, collecting personal data for company records
Any other duties that may be required within the level of the post.

This role will require you to have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisations skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and multi task, using initiative
A positive approach, remains calm under pressure, a strong team player with a `can do attitude`
Attention to detail

Due to the client attending different events overseas it would be an advantage to hold a current passport as you may be required to travel.

This client offers numerous benefits including a salary of between £20000 - £25000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, parking, share options and various team days out.
