Role: PA Support Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well known employer in Central Brighton. They are looking for a highly organised candidate with excellent communication and administration skills.
You will need to be able to work autonomously and prioritise your workload. You will also be taking notes and minutes in meetings and have experience organising and planning meetings.
Some other responsibilities will be:
- Provide PA support to Executive and Non-Executive Directors.
- Manage inboxes and complex diaries/
- follow up actions, source information for meetings and document management.
