My client is based in Speyside and currently seeking a new member of the team to work on building and developing the customer experience side of their business, an element of this role will include training new employees.
For this organisation Brand experience is key, and the search is now on to find the candidate who will help them build and develop their brand moving forward into 2020.
To exceed experience business objectives
Monitor sales and tour P&L
Optimise experience offer
Lead a team of two permanent people
Ensure staff are trained in the main areas
Including product knowledge
Brand advocacy, developing online, social media strategy, designing and recommending tour script, tour content, tour pricing
Organising VIP hosting, private events with the ability to build long term relationships with VIP customers, building awareness of the brand across Speyside.
My client are looking for an Experience Manager with a background in either in International Luxury or Hospitality, someone with strong leadership skills, significant management experience, in-depth understanding of experience management such as Tour Operations and have the ability to handle customer needs, requests, complaints and capacity to maintain a fun and safe environment. The salary range for this role is between £25,000 to £30,000 based on experience.
