Job Description

Brook Street are looking for an experienced caretaker to work with one of our lovely clients in North Shields, on a permanent basis.

Due to retirement, there has been an opening to join a small and friendly team of 10, working within a school environment.

There are shift patterns to this position as this is no 9-5 job. Due to COVID-19, the interview process may take longer than usual.

Experience is essential and knowledge/certificates in Health and Safety, Manual Handling & COSHH would be an advantage. This role is a general maintenance position which would entail joinery and plumbing work too.

Due to the nature of this role, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will be sought along with other checks deemed appropriate .
