Job Description

My client is a small family firm based seeking a Mechanic to work for the business who is also an MOT Tester.

In the role, you will be expected to:

Greet customers on arrival if required, speak to customer and book in any necessary work.

Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer.

Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and replacements and obtain signature approval prior to commencing work.

Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate, test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and complete all necessary paperwork.

You MUST be a qualified MOT Tester
