Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an Experienced REVIT Architect to work at our Studio near Watford as part of a fun, successful and dynamic Architects team.

To support the Architects Director and the team on private residential and luxury developer and client projects from post planning stage through the detailed design stages and to completion on some projects; all in accordance with the client's brief and within the time scales given.
As the position will be of key importance within the practice, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise their workload and produce production information to comprise Building Regulations and tender drawing packages in a timely manner.

" To work on high end residential projects working directly under the Director of Architecture
" Drawing packages to comprise: GA's plans sections and elevations with construction details etc. with full coordination of Architects drawings with the M&E, Structural and other consultants
" Work and assist on multiple projects at one time.
" Ability to produce detailed architectural drawings packages using Revit and AutoCAD software:

You will have:
" At least 5 years' experience with sound knowledge of drafting working drawing packages to comprise detailing drawings for building regulations, tender and construction purposes.
" Good communication skills are a must and coupled with sound technical knowledge of the construction processes.
" Extensive experience of REVIT & Autocad
" Must have experience across the board that includes planning and technical detailing
" A portfolio ready to show the client after successful application to the role


You will be:
" Team-spirited with a bright & confident personality, well spoken, literate, numerate and with excellent written and spoken English
" Highly skilled RIBA Part 3 Architect who is ARB registered with predominant experience in high end residential and multi-unit schemes.
" Full UK driving licence and use of own car and ideally situated close to Watford to be considered.

" Salary subject to experience: c£40,000 - c£45,000 per annum
