Job Description

Role - Export Administrator

Hours - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Location - HU12

Salary - Dependant on experience

An exciting opportunity is available with a very prestige client of ours; the role is for an Export Administrator to join their Export logistics team in Preston, Hull.

Please see below the main duties involved;

Main duties include:

" General administration duties

" Providing accurate notes for the Export department

" Check all documents to ensure all information is correct before processing

" Liaising with shipping agents and building strong customer relationships

" Offering support to the Export logistics team

" Answer incoming calls and deal with any queries

Key skills:

" Use of Excel and Microsoft packages

" Ability to work well in a busy environment

" Team Player

" Good IT skills

Experience required;

" Previous administration experience

" Previous export experience would be beneficial but not essential
