Job Description

Role: Export Clerk
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £25-30,000 depending on experience
Hours: Mon - Thurs 9 - 5:30 Fri 9-5

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a growing company in the Medical Industry. They are looking for a candidate to fill a new position focusing on the Export of good for the business.

You will need to have previous experience within an export role and ideally have a qualification in creating Dangerous Goods Notices. You will also need experience working with ISO 9001.

They are looking for a highly organised candidate, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and communicate effectively within the business and externally.

Some of your duties will be:
- Processing Export orders and entering them onto sale / Purchase Ledger to create delivery notes.

- Send out order acknowledgements for all orders and providing customers with order updates and delivery scheduling.

-Complete all administration in relation to the export documentation, such as, invoices, packing documents, Certificates and other specific documents in relation to the product and industry.
