Job Description

An established and growing business to business company is looking for an Export Customer Services (Trainee) Co-Ordinator to cover European markets, this is a very exciting role to join their busy and very happy team of customer service professionals based on the outskirts of Cardiff city centre. A great benefits package included.

We are looking for someone with excellent Customer Service and administration skills, a stable working background who is used to working as part of a team. We`re looking for somebody with great Microsoft Office skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first class customer service via the telephone and providing administrative with export skills or knowledge.

Duties Include:

Support the Distributor network and ensure that export orders are processed speedily and accurately

To provide sales information upon request to local management

To liaise regularly with Production Supervisors on availability of product.

To work closely with Despatch Department to ensure goods are despatched accurately to the end user

To prepare all Export documentation in accordance with the Customer/ ICC/ Embassy requirements.

To provide quotations to overseas distributors and manage and select appropriate carriers.

Action all incoming sales enquiries received via the company website.

What is needed

Good knowledge of Word packages and competent keyboard skills along with a confident manner and a strong administration/customer service background is essential for this role.

General knowledge of export procedures for Europe would be an advantage but not essential as long as you have a strong administration background as this is a trainee role.

German language would be an advantage
