Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join this leader in their field of specialist devices, due to growth they are seeking an experienced Export Sales Administrator to join this growing team.

Duties:-

Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Processing incoming purchase orders which includes liaising with field based Business Development Managers.

Analyse and apply Letters of Credit for bank presentations.

Liaise with other departments namely Production, Credit Control and Despatch to progress and make order processing efficient.

Arrange shipping goods through various methods via courier and Freight Forwarders.

Produce quotations and Pro-Forma Invoices which review gross margins.

Maintain & update CRM contacts database / mail shots.

Raising Debit/Credit notes when required.

Produce third party commission forms for approval.

Arranging and shipping of demo equipment and return of goods for trials/exhibitions.

Maintain demonstration stock database, annual stock take of demonstration stock

Collating various brochures to send out to customers / BDM's.

Assist with registration documentation (FSC & LOA's)

Maintain & issue Distributor Agreements/Customer pricing agreements.

Deal with short shipments and customer complaints.

General office administration - filing and archiving of sales orders/invoices.

Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and 5 year background check mandatory for this role.
