Job Description

Brook Street Edinburgh are working alongside a long standing and well-established Accountancy firm to help with the on-boarding of a new Audit Senior to the business.

You will be joining a close-knit team and working in an extremely busy environment to strict deadlines, impeccable attention to detail is required for this role along with a can-do mindset and attitude.

Ideally you will have 4/5 years experience working in a busy Accountancy Practice and be qualified to ACCA, ACA, ICAS, we will consider candidates that don't have the qualifications but can showcase an understanding and ability to complete the job through experience.

You will be working in Accountancy Practice at present and have a real desire to grow and progress your career.

Key Skills

• Ability to run a Statutory Audit from planning to completion
• Preparation of Statutory Accounts
• Strong experience in Corporate Tax
• Analytic/Methodical mind
• Experience of prepping Accounts for Partner sign off (an all-rounder not just an Auditor)
