Role - Facilities Administrator
Hours - MON - FRI 8.30am till 4.30pm
Location - Tunbridge Wells
Start Date - asap
Duration - 2 months with potential to be extended
Office based - This is not a remote working role
I have a company looking for an alround receptionist / administrator with facilities experience. We are looking for a confident, organised, pro active and passionate candidate to hit the ground running.
Duties will include;
-Manage reception, meet and greet all visitors and arrange ID badges
-Receiving all post and distributing across all floors
-Answer and Transfer all calls
-Updating Excel spreadsheets with rotas
-Ordering stationary, fire alarm tests and H&S reports
