Facilities Administrator
Salary: - £12
Hours: 3 days a week for the first 3 months and will then be reviewed to be full time hours

Brief summary of the Facilities Administrator job:
- Primary person responsible for providing overall Facilities management including maintenance of office assets, security protocols and pantry maintenance
- Liasoning with UK office to maintain trade license, establishment card, relationship management.
- Assist the IT team (based in Philippines) as the on-the-ground IT support for Europe, handling server maintenance, IT troubleshooting and IT assets.
In addition this position manages Supplier management (creation/payment, negotiation of local supplier contracts)
Main Duties of the Facilities Administrator:
- Responsible for the entire Office Management of the London office.
- Ensures regular upkeep and maintenance of office and office supplies, pantry management, coordination of regular office repairs of premises, equipment and appliances with vendors as and when needed.
- Manages implementation and adherence of Office Rules
- Communicates to employees to keep them informed of Office Management decisions e.g. Car Parking allocation, parking guidelines
- Oversee agencies who are in charge of travel arrangement, security, office cleaning and reception, Standardize and design office policies and guidelines in coordination with appropriate stakeholders
- Overseeing and negotiating contracts and providers for services including security, cleaning, pantry management, IT related assets.
- Overseeing contingency plans for office safety & security.
- Ensuring office facility full compliance to UK regulations and standards
Assist and support the process improvement initiatives related to office management
- Work closely with the IT team located in Manila & facilities lead in Dubai to provide on the ground IT support to employees
- Troubleshoot IT related issues
- Liaise with the IT team for IT equipment procurement
- Providing support for Telepresence/video calls in London
