Facilities/Buildings Administrator required at Nottingham Justice Centre
Start date - asap
Pay Rate - £10.86 per hour
Duration -4 months with probable extension
Full time Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
Role Overview:
Brook Street are very pleased to be recruiting for the MOJ within Nottingham City Centre. The roles are for temporary Admin Officers, working full-time, Monday to Friday, 37hrs.
As an Admin Officer, you will be required to be flexible & move across a variety of functions/processes within the Magistrates Court. You will be part of a busy building support team.
The main duties will involve but not be limited to:
- lifting/shifting/movement of furniture around the site,
- ensuring correct signage is displayed,
- dealing with room bookings,
- access control for the site,
- logging/chasing/monitoring jobs with the facilities via telephone & email,
- data input,
- dealing with customers face to face,
- filing
- & other adhoc duties.
Building management skills/experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
The role is for 4 months - possibly extending, Monday to Friday, 37hrs per week at £10.86 per hour
