Job Description

A government body role has become available working in central London by Tottenham Court Road station, as a facilities administrator you will assisting the company move offices during a busy period so you must be happy with lifting and moving. Their will be the odd occasion you will need to cover reception and need to be available between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, on a shift pattern. You will be working 37 hours per week and the rate of pay is £11.49 ph. 3-month contract with potential to extend.
No prior experience is needed, this is a good role to get in too to get some experience on your CV working for a government body in an office environment.
You will be well organised with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple priorities and exercise effective judgement when managing conflicting tasks: a good team player with an eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Finally, You will also have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate in a confident and engaging manner.
