Job Description

My client are looking for an administrator to work within their friendly, growing team to support the daily facilities administrative tasks and build relationships with clients and contractors.

This job will include
" Investigating and if possible resolve first stage complaints by residents in the connection of planned maintenance works.
" To control the schedules of each engineer and liaise with them throughout the day.
" Controlling the works that come through from clients and schedule them accordingly to the needs of the client.
" Using a software that continuously brings on work, liaising with various people to get the job booked in.
" Calling tenants/clients for information or booking in jobs.
" Answering telephone calls
" General admin support in the office
" Directly reporting to line manager

This position is for someone who is looking to work within facilities, who has great organisation skills, can work using their own initiative and is a quick learner.

Computer Literate - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Professional, `business dress` required
6 months admin experience ESSENTIAL!!

£18,000 - £19,000
Monthly company outings
Bonus Scheme
