Job Description

Do you have experience in a Security or Operational Support capacity? Are you confident and experienced in monitoring CCTV daily?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at my client's new start of the art operations office in the Skelmersdale area, you will be expected to help with the day to day running of facilities management alongside ensuring the premises are always secure.

A competitive basic annual salary of £19,000-£19,500 (dependant on experience)
Flexibility required across a 6-day shift and rota working period.

Day to day duties in this role will include:

To ensure the building is maintained to a high standard.
Undertake inspections of the premises inspections (both internally and externally) of areas and to ensure they are kept to a clean and maintained condition.
To assist with any collections or transportation of orders and stationery to and from the site.
Escorting any visitors that are on site and new to the site.
Monitoring CCTV of the building daily.
Carrying out analysis of both security and health & safety incidents as and when required.
Reporting any incidents or damages to senior management.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
At least 1-2 years in a security or operational role that requires CCTV monitoring.
As you will be required to be a keyholder for the site, have a trustworthy and honest attitude within work is essential.
Flexible attitude to work arrangements and be flexible for OOH (out of hours) call outs.
