Job Description

Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to contribute to an excellent hospitality & customer service experience through provision of the highest standard of repairs & maintenance delivery including; decoration; cyclical maintenance; supervision & planning of works carried out by external contractors and; grounds maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will have some background within customer service as well as solid maintenance skills. There may be some elements of lifting and other physical duties, so the successful candidate will be physically able and have a "can do" attitude.
The role is initially temporary with the view to go permanent.
Pay rate is between £9.74 - £10.25
Full time hours - 37.5 hours
