Temporary Facilities Assistant - Start Monday 7th October


We are currently looking to recruit into a busy company a Facilities Assistant, as part of a team you will be responsible for the maintenance and provision of Facilities services to all buildings within the remit of Business Operations. This includes undertaking basic repairs and building maintenance, archiving, internal moves, meeting room set up, escorting and assisting third party contractors, and waste management.


The working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am until 5.00 pm
Duties include

" Undertaking basic repairs and building maintenance, archiving, internal moves, meeting room set up
" Respond to assigned tasks and activities logged on the internal business system
" Provide facilities and maintenance support
" Assists in ensuring a safe working environment is maintained throughout all buildings
" Provide facilities services to support Health and Safety activities and initiatives
" Plan and execute internal desk moves under supervision
" Respond to meeting room set up requests
" Carry out general maintenance repairs
" Oversee and escort contractors working on site

Skills:

" Clean driving licence
" Demonstrable knowledge of Health & Safety standards
" Working as part of a team
